Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser. This website uses essential sign-in security cookies for its private organiser area. No advertising cookies or visitor analytics have been added to the website.
Organiser sign-in

The session cookie is restricted to secure connections on the hosted site and cannot be read by page scripts. It is used to provide the organiser access you request.
Other services and temporary information
Organiser authentication uses Google Firebase. Choosing Google sign-in opens Google’s sign-in service, which has its own cookies and privacy information. The site’s Firebase login state uses memory rather than persistent browser storage. Unsaved form and workspace entries are held in page memory and can be lost when the page is reloaded or closed.
Private organiser maps can load OpenStreetMap tiles. Following links to external maps or other websites takes you to services with their own privacy and cookie arrangements.
Your control
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking the essential session cookie will prevent organiser sign-in from working properly. A cookie-choice banner is not needed for these strictly necessary sign-in functions. If optional tracking is introduced, this notice and any necessary consent controls must be updated first.
