About this website

This is an information and planning website for Down & Connor Scout County’s Big Day Out on Saturday 26th September 2026. It was built free of charge by a volunteer Scout leader to help the event team.

Event information

Activities, timings, transport and other arrangements may change. Follow the latest instructions from your group leader and event organisers. The website is not a booking confirmation or a guarantee that a participant can take part in every activity. Provider requirements, participant suitability, weather and on-the-day safety decisions still apply.

Using the site

Provide accurate information and tell the event team if it changes. Submit consent only for yourself as an adult participant, or as a parent or legal guardian with authority to do so. Do not attempt to access another person’s records or private organiser tools without permission, share organiser accounts, or interfere with the website.

Content and links

Photographs, logos and other material may belong to their respective creators or organisations. Credits and licence links are shown where applicable. Do not assume that website content can be reused without permission; follow any stated licence. External websites are responsible for their own content and privacy arrangements.

Availability and safety

Access may be interrupted and information may contain errors. Contact the event team if something appears incorrect. This website is not an emergency reporting service. On the day, contact a leader or event official for help; call 999 or 112 in an emergency.

These website terms do not replace activity permissions, safeguarding procedures or provider instructions. Nothing in them removes any rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
